Metropolis hotel – project renderings

metropolis hotel, view from room entrance

metropolis hotel, view from room entrance

As far as hotel designs go, this one is by far most innovative I have seen recently. Not only it DOESN`T rely heavily on designer objects, but it also introduces a cocoon for toilet/shower in the middle of the room. It is by applying interesting decoration that this cocoon becomes a part of the overall design, and a means of distinguishing this project from many other seen previously.

Mr Toledano`s own words: “For me, fashion photography is like writing. Sometimes it`s a short story, sometimes it`s a one-liner. But it`s always more than just hair and make-up.”
